Prepare to have fun! A traditional ballet class framework filled with attainable Intermediate Level exercises that build in complexity and endurance throughout the class. We will review fundamentals, vocabulary and body alignment through a scientific sense, while building strength and mastery. Please dress comfortable and be ready to move.

Intermediate/Advanced Beginner Ballet classes will run every Friday evening beginning September 10, 2019 through May 5, 2020
